Valentines Full English Breakfast

Per Serving: 1030kcal | 64g protein | 52g fat, of which 17g saturated fat | 72g carbs, of which 12g sugars | 12g fibre 

 

 

Ingredients 

  • 4 HECK 97% Pork Sausages 

  • 4 slices of bacon 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 tin baked beans 

  • 200g mushrooms 

  • 4 small slices bread, cut into heart shapes 

  • 6 hash browns, cut into heart shapes 

  • 1 tbsp butter 

  • Chives to garnish 

 

 

Method 

  1. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the HECK 97% Sausages for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly until golden and cooked through. 

  1. In the same pan (or a separate one), fry the bacon until crisp and cooked to your liking. 

  1. Cook the heart-shaped hash browns according to the pack instructions until golden and crunchy. 

  1. Slice the mushrooms and fry in a little oil or butter for 4–5 minutes until soft and lightly browned. Season to taste. 

  1. Gently heat the baked beans in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally. 

  1. To make heart-shaped eggs, lightly grease a heart-shaped metal cutter and place it in a heated frying pan. Crack an egg into the centre of the cutter and cook until the white is set. Carefully remove the cutter and cook to your preferred yolk consistency. Repeat with the second egg. 

  1. Toast the heart-shaped bread slices until golden and crisp. 

  1. Serve everything piled high on two plates with the heart-shaped eggs on top. 

  1. Garnish with chives
