Fancy… but make it HECK!
Juicy HECK! Thick Chicken Italia Burgers loaded with golden garlicky mushrooms, peppery rocket and a generous hit of truffle mayo. Rich, messy and packed with flavour in every bite.
What You’ll Need
- 4 HECK! Thick Chicken Italia Burgers
- 4 brioche buns
- 300g mixed mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp truffle mayo
- 40g Parmesan shavings
- 100g rocket
- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh thyme (optional)
Method

Cook the mushrooms
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until sizzling. -
Get them golden
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and caramelised around the edges. -
Add the flavour
Stir in the garlic, thyme (if using), salt and pepper, then cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant. -
Cook the burgers
Cook the HECK! Thick Chicken Italia Burgers following the pack instructions until golden and cooked through. -
Toast the buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns until warm and golden. Spread the truffle mayo generously onto both sides. -
Build your burger
Layer up the rocket, burger, garlicky mushrooms and Parmesan shavings, then top with the bun lid. -
Serve
Serve straight away while everything’s hot, melty and messy.
Top Tip
Let the mushrooms properly caramelise before stirring too much — that’s where the flavour kicks in.
