Sriracha & Hot Halloumi Brunch

Spicy, stacked and guaranteed to wake up your weekend.

Ingredients

  • 4 HECK! Sriracha Chipolatas
  • 2 slices sourdough, toasted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Handful of rocket
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 60g chilli halloumi, sliced
  • Sriracha, to drizzle
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Heat a pan and fry the HECK Sriracha Chipolatas for around 10 minutes, turning until cooked through and beautifully golden.
  2. Fry off your Chilli Halloumi in the same pan on a high heat for 2 minutes each time.
  3. In the same pan again, cook your eggs just the way you like them.
  4. Peel the avocado, smash with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Build your brunch: top toasted sourdough with smashed avo, rocket, eggs, chilli halloumi, tomatoes and sausages.
  6. Finish with a generous drizzle of sriracha for that extra kick.
  7. Grab a fork and enjoy!
