Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
· 1 pack HECK! simply chicken chipolatas
· 2 tins (800g total) spaghetti hoops
· 100g frozen peas
· 150g grated cheddar cheese
· 15–20 potato smiley faces or stars (frozen)
· 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Cut each chicken chipolata into 4 pieces. Fry them in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until golden all over.
2. Tip the cooked sausages into an ovenproof dish. Stir in the spaghetti hoops, peas, and BBQ sauce until everything is evenly mixed.
3. Scatter the grated cheddar evenly across the top. Arrange the potato smiley faces (or stars) over the cheese in a single layer.
4. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and crispy and the filling is bubbling.
5. Serve hot and enjoy this fun, cheesy, kid-approved dinner.
