Simply Chicken Club Sandwich

Ingredients

·      6 HECK! Simply Chicken Chipolatas

·      6 Slices Bread

·      1 tbsp Olive Oil

·      4 Rashers of Smoked Bacon

·      1 Beef Tomato, Sliced

·      50g Crunchy Salad 

·      1 tbsp Mayonnaise 

·      10g Curly Parsley, Diced Finely

·      2 Garlic Cloves, Diced & Mashed 

Method

1. To start, mix mayonnaise, parsley & garlic together to make the garlic mayonnaise

2. Rub a small amount of olive oil on both sides of the bread

3. Heat a pan with the remaining olive oil over a medium to high heat, cook the sausages following packet instructions, followed by the bacon

4. Using the same pan, now toast the bread in the pan

5. Now let’s build the club sandwich, start with spreading garlic mayonnaise over the bottom slice, then lay on the sliced tomatoes, then bacon, now the second slice of bread, top with crunchy salad leaves and HECK! Simply Chicken Chipolatas and then final slice of bread.

6. Serve and enjoy this HECK! Simply Chicken Club Sandwich
