Serves 1–2
Ingredients:
- 4 HECK 97% Sausages
- A handful of spinach
- 150g Sweet potato mash
- 2x tbs caramelised onion
- 2x tbs Red cabbage
- 1 fresh ciabatta roll, sliced
Method:
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the 97% sausages according to the packet instructions until golden and cooked through.
- Place the bottom half of the ciabatta on a plate. Spread over the sweet potato mash, then add the caramelised onions, the cooked sausages, and a handful of fresh spinach.
- Spread some red cabbage on the top half of the ciabatta, then place it on top to finish the sandwich. Slice in half.
Serve and enjoy!
