Elevate your breakfast muffin with this tangy blue cheese and pork chipolata muffin.
Ingredients:
1 x pack HECK 10 Pork Chipolatas
4 English muffins
80g blue cheese, sliced
Spreadable butter, for muffins
4 tbsp smoked ketchup
Method:
- Place the sausages under a preheated grill and cook for 16 minutes, turning occasionally until browned all over. Remove from the grill and slice vertically to butterfly them, then in half again horizontally.
- Lightly toast the muffins and butter.
- Top one half of the muffins with a tbsp of smoked ketchup, followed by some of the sausage halves. Crumble over the blue cheese and place back under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
