- HECK 97 Pork Sausages
- Hot Dog Rolls
- 1 x White Onion (sliced)
- 1tbsp sugar
- Olive Oil
- French Mustard and/or Ketchup to serve
- In a large hot pan, cook your sausages with a little oil until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- Whilst your sausages cook, in a separate frying pan add in the sliced onions, sugar and a little olive oil - Cook until softened and caramelised
- Slice the rolls and pop in a sausage, top with the onions and drizzle with french mustard
