Lamb Kofta Flatbreads

Prep time: 10 mins - Cook time: 20 mins- Serves 2 

A Lebanese inspired lamb flatbread with yogurt, lemon and pomegranate seeds.


1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 x pack Heck lamb & mint burgers

1 tbsp Zaatar spice

4 tbsp greek yogurt

2 small handfuls of mixed leaves

2 lemon wedges

1/4 red onion, sliced

30g feta cheese

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 flatbreads



  1. To a bowl, add the burgers and Zaatar spice. Use your hands to mix together and make 6 small koftas.
  2. Place the koftas under a hot grill for 12-14 minutes, turning half way. Place the flatbreads under the grill for a minute to warm through.
  3. Spread the yogurt over the flatbread, add the red onion, lamb koftas, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice.
