Pub lunch energy, hot dog format.

Smoky HECK! Chicken & Apple sausages loaded into soft hot dog rolls with hot mature cheddar cheese sauce, Branston Pickle, English mustard, pickled onions and crispy onions. Sweet, smoky, sharp and properly loaded.

What you’ll need

• 2 HECK! Smoky Chicken & Apple Sausages

• 2 hot dog rolls

• 100g mature cheddar cheese sauce, warmed

• 50g Branston Pickle

• 40g pickled onions, sliced

• 20g crispy onions

• 20g English mustard

Method

1. Cook the HECK! Smoky Chicken & Apple sausages following the pack instructions until golden and cooked through.

2. Warm the mature cheddar cheese sauce.

3. Spread each hot dog roll with English mustard.

4. Add the sausages, then pour over the hot cheese sauce.

5. Spoon over the Branston Pickle.

6. Finish with sliced pickled onions and crispy onions.

7. Serve straight away and get stuck in.

Top Tip

Keep the cheese sauce hot so it pours properly and melts into all the good stuff.
