HECK! Loaded Lamb Burger

Juicy HECK! Lamb & Mint Burgers stacked with crispy halloumi fries, crunchy onions and a hit of minty mayo and smoky chilli sauce. Big flavour, big crunch and properly messy in the best way.

What You’ll Need

  • 4 HECK! Lamb & Mint Burgers
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 400g halloumi, cut into fries
  • 100g crispy onions
  • 100g rocket
  • 4 tbsp mint mayo
  • 4 tbsp smoky chilli sauce
  • Oil, for frying
  • Salt & black pepper

Method

  1. Cook the burgers
    Cook the HECK! Lamb & Mint Burgers following the pack instructions until golden, juicy and cooked through.
  2. Fry the halloumi fries
    Heat a shallow layer of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the halloumi fries for 2–3 minutes each side, until golden and crisp on the outside. Drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Toast the buns
    Lightly toast the brioche buns until warm and golden.
  4. Build your burger
    Spread the mint mayo generously onto the base bun. Add the rocket, burger, halloumi fries and crispy onions.
  5. Finish with flavour
    Drizzle over the smoky chilli sauce, top with the bun lid and serve straight away.

Top Tip

Don’t overcrowd the pan when frying the halloumi — giving it space helps it crisp up properly.
