HECK Chicken Rasher Breakfast Tacos

Serves 2



 4 HECK chicken rashers

1 tbsp olive oil

4 mini wraps

4 free-range eggs

2 small avocados

10g feta cheese



  1. Heat a tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook the rashers as per packet instructions. Set aside.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and crack in the eggs, once starting to set sprinkle over the feta cheese and fry the eggs to your liking.
  3. Meanwhile, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Warm the wrap in the microwave or in a dry frying pan, then load up with some smashed avocado, chicken rashers and feta fried egg.
