Loaded with HECK! 97% Pork Sausages, crispy bacon, golden hash browns and perfectly baked eggs, this is the ultimate weekend breakfast — easy, hearty and made for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack HECK! 97% Pork Sausages (10 pack)
  • 10 bacon rashers
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 300g chestnut mushrooms, halved
  • 400g baked beans
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 hash browns

Method

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat to 180°C (fan 160°C).
  2. Start the traybake
    Add the sausages, bacon, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns to a large baking tray. Spread everything out evenly and roast for 12–15 minutes, until starting to turn golden.
  3. Add the finishing touches
    Remove the tray from the oven. Spoon over the baked beans and crack the eggs directly onto the tray.
  4. Bake to finish
    Return to the oven for 5–6 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve
    Serve straight from the tray and let everyone dig in.

Top Tip

For crispier hash browns, give them a little space on the tray so they can really golden up.
