Loaded with HECK! 97% Pork Sausages, crispy bacon, golden hash browns and perfectly baked eggs, this is the ultimate weekend breakfast — easy, hearty and made for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 pack HECK! 97% Pork Sausages (10 pack)
- 10 bacon rashers
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 300g chestnut mushrooms, halved
- 400g baked beans
- 5 eggs
- 5 hash browns
Method

Preheat the oven
Preheat to 180°C (fan 160°C). -
Start the traybake
Add the sausages, bacon, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns to a large baking tray. Spread everything out evenly and roast for 12–15 minutes, until starting to turn golden. -
Add the finishing touches
Remove the tray from the oven. Spoon over the baked beans and crack the eggs directly onto the tray. -
Bake to finish
Return to the oven for 5–6 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. -
Serve
Serve straight from the tray and let everyone dig in.
Top Tip
For crispier hash browns, give them a little space on the tray so they can really golden up.
