A summertime classic. Fire up the barbie and get our chorizo-style pork burgers on! If the British weathers not on your side, fry-off indoors. You’re going to want a napkin for this oozing delight!
- 4 x HECK Chorizo Burger
- 4 x Brioche Burger Buns
- 1/2 an Iceberg Lettuce
- 4 x Cheese Slices
- 1 x Beef Tomato
- 1 x Red Onion
- Ketchup to serve
- Halloumi (optional)
- In a large hot pan, cook your HECK Chorizo burgers with a little oil until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Whilst cooking, prepare your burger toppings
- Lightly toast the buns
- Place the cooked chorizo burgers under the grill with a slice of cheddar cheese until melted
- Slice up the beef tomato and red onion into rings
- Layer up the burger in the following order: Bun base, iceberg lettuce, chorizo burger with melted cheese, tomato slices, red onion rings, ketchup and bun top.
