Cook Time: 20-25 mins - Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
- HECK Chicken, Red Pepper, Feta Chipolatas
- 100g Salad Bag of choice
- 2 x Ripe Avocados
- 1 x Jar of Sundried Tomatoes
- 100g Feta Cheese
- 1 x Fresh Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to season
Method:
- In a large hot pan with a little olive oil add the HECK Chipolatas. Cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- Whilst the sausages cook, prepare the salad – Wash the leaves and place into a large bowl. Slice up the avocado and add to the salad along with the sundried tomatoes. Add the cooked sausages, crumble over the feta cheese then squeeze over the lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil or your favourite salad dressing. Serve up as a quick easy lunch or take it with you for lunch on the go.
