Big flavour, minimal effort. These loaded flatbreads bring together juicy HECK! Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Chipolatas, roasted veg and melty cheese for an easy, feel-good meal that works any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 pack HECK! Chicken, Feta & Red Pepper Chipolatas (sliced)
- 4 Greek flatbreads
- 200g feta, crumbled
- 100g hard goat’s cheese, grated
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 aubergine, quartered and sliced
- 40g tomato purée
- 10g fresh parsley, chopped
- 10g fresh dill, chopped
Method

Cook the sausages
Fry the sliced chipolatas in a pan over medium heat until golden and cooked through. -
Build your base
Lay out the flatbreads and spread each with tomato purée. -
Load them up
Top with the cooked sausages, sliced vegetables, crumbled feta and grated goat’s cheese. -
Bake
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C) and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and everything is piping hot. -
Finish & serve
Sprinkle over the chopped parsley and dill, slice and serve.
Tip
Add a drizzle of olive oil or a spoon of yoghurt on top for an extra hit of flavour.
