Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Greek-Style
Sausage Salad

Fresh, filling and full of flavour.
This Greek-style salad combines juicy HECK! Chicken, Feta & Red Pepper chipolatas with crisp veg, lentils and a zesty lemon dressing for a feel-good meal that’s light, satisfying and ready in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 pack HECK! Chicken, Feta & Red Pepper Chipolatas, sliced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 100g mixed olives
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 50g rocket
- 100g cooked lentils
- 5 radishes, sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 20ml extra virgin olive oil
Method

Cook the sausages
Cook the chipolatas following the pack instructions. Once cooked, slice and leave to cool slightly. -
Make the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil. -
Build the salad
In a large bowl, combine the lentils, red onion, red pepper, cucumber, olives, radishes and rocket. -
Bring it together
Add the sliced sausages, drizzle over the dressing and toss gently to combine. -
Serve
Serve straight away for a fresh, flavour-packed meal.
Top Tip
Add a crumble of extra feta on top for an even bigger flavour hit.
