Chicken & Rainbow Veggie Burger

 Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes - Serves 2 

Whip up a taste sensation within minutes! Stack our Chicken, Minted Pea and Spinach burgers inside a soft brioche bun, with colour veggies such as carrots and zingy pickled slaw. Top with coriander and sesame seeds to serve.

Ingredients

2 x Chicken, Minted Pea & Spinach Burgers
2 x Sesame Brioche Burger Buns
A handful of Spinach Leaves
1-2 Carrots (size depending), peeled into ribbons
140g Pickled Slaw (shop bought or can be homemade)
4 sprigs of Fresh Coriander
1tsp Sesame Seeds
1tbsp Mayonnaise
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to season

    Method

    • In a large hot pan, cook your HECK burgers with a little oil until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Whilst cooking, prepare your burger toppings
    • Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast until the grill or in the toaster - Again, don’t take your eyes off them. Remove once lightly golden brown
    • Start stacking up the burger with the brioche bun base, a layer of mayonnaise, a handful of spinach leaves, top with the burger, pickled slaw and ribbons of carrot, finish with fresh coriander and a sprinkling of sesame seeds before placing on the bun lid
