A BBQ classic... with a twist. Lean juicy chicken chipolatas embedded in soft brioche finger rolls, with the best of toppings!
Ingredients
1 pack of HECK Chicken, Mushroom & Wild Rice Chipolatas½ punnet Mushrooms, sliced
A handful of Fresh Rocket
1tbsp of Parmesan Cheese flakes
4 x Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to season
Method
- In a hot frying pan, add a little oil and cook your Heck! chipolatas for 8-10mins and cooked all the way through. Whilst the sausages are cooking, prepare your hot dog toppings.
- In another frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and the mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Slice the brioche buns in half and layer with rocket, the cooked mushrooms and cooked chipolatas.
- Sprinkle the parmesan over the hot dogs. Serve up with ketchup and mustard, enjoy!
