Chicken, Mushroom & Wild Rice Hot Dogs

Prep Time: 5mins Cooking Time: 25mins - Serves 4

A BBQ classic... with a twist. Lean juicy chicken chipolatas embedded in soft brioche finger rolls, with the best of toppings! 

  

Ingredients

1 pack of HECK Chicken, Mushroom & Wild Rice Chipolatas

½ punnet Mushrooms, sliced

A handful of Fresh Rocket
1tbsp of Parmesan Cheese flakes
4 x Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to season

 Method

  1. In a hot frying pan, add a little oil and cook your Heck! chipolatas for 8-10mins and cooked all the way through. Whilst the sausages are cooking, prepare your hot dog toppings.
  2. In another frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and the mushrooms. Cook until softened.
  3. Slice the brioche buns in half and layer with rocket, the cooked mushrooms and cooked chipolatas.
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan over the hot dogs. Serve up with ketchup and mustard, enjoy!
