Chicken Italia Yorkshire Pudding Pizza

Prep time: 15mins - Cook time: 25mins - Serves: 1 big pizza

 Using our Chicken Italia Chipolatas, we created a pizza inspired by our Yorkshire roots. Go on, give it a try!


  • 1 Pack Chicken Italia Chipolatas
  • 3 Eggs
  • 120g Plain Flour
  • 120ml Milk
  • 400g Italian Passata
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 125g Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • Basil
  • Rocket
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees
  2. Add vegetable oil to the dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes to warm up
  3. Add the flour, eggs and milk to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix
  4. Add the mixture to the dish and place in the oven for 15 minutes
  5. Whilst the pudding is in the oven, Pan-fry the Chicken Italia Chipolatas on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, heat up the passata in a saucepan and add the herbs and balsamic vinegar to make the tomato base
  6. Take the pudding out of the oven, add the tomato base followed by the Sliced Chicken Italia and Mozzarella and return to the oven for another 5 minutes
  7. Garnish with basil, sun-dried tomatoes and rocket salad
