Using our Chicken Italia Chipolatas, we created a pizza inspired by our Yorkshire roots. Go on, give it a try!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Chicken Italia Chipolatas
- 3 Eggs
- 120g Plain Flour
- 120ml Milk
- 400g Italian Passata
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 125g Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- Basil
- Rocket
- Sun-dried Tomatoes
Steps
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees
- Add vegetable oil to the dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes to warm up
- Add the flour, eggs and milk to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix
- Add the mixture to the dish and place in the oven for 15 minutes
- Whilst the pudding is in the oven, Pan-fry the Chicken Italia Chipolatas on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, heat up the passata in a saucepan and add the herbs and balsamic vinegar to make the tomato base
- Take the pudding out of the oven, add the tomato base followed by the Sliced Chicken Italia and Mozzarella and return to the oven for another 5 minutes
- Garnish with basil, sun-dried tomatoes and rocket salad
