Chicken Italia Orzo Salad

Ingredients

·      1 pack HECK! Chicken Italia Chipolatas, sliced

·      200g orzo pasta

·      50g rocket

·      50g watercress

·      20g radish, finely sliced

·      200g burrata

·      100g mixed olives

·      1 red pepper, sliced

·      1 yellow pepper, sliced

·      20g almonds, roughly chopped

·      10ml lemon dressing

Method

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook your HECK! Chicken Italia Chipolatas as per pack instructions until golden & juicy. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

2. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the orzo according to pack instructions. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

3. In a large bowl, combine the orzo with rocket, watercress, radish, peppers, olives and almonds.

4. Add the sliced HECK! Chicken Italia and gently toss everything together.

5. Tear over the burrata, drizzle with lemon dressing and give it one final light toss.

6. Serve immediately.
