Ingredients
- 1 pack HECK Chicken Italia Chipolatas
- 1 whole iceberg lettuce, lightly chopped
- 3 slices sourdough
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- 100g tomatoes
- 4 boiled eggs
Low-Cal Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup 0% fat yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- β cup grated parmesan
- 2β3 anchovies
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Method:
- Add all the dressing ingredients to a small blender, blitz until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
- Fry the HECK Chicken Italia Chipolatas for around 10 minutes until cooked through and golden. Slice each sausage into quarters and set aside.
- Cut the sourdough into bite-size cubes. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, then toss well.
- Air fry at 200Β°C for 5β10 minutes until crisp and golden.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, sausage pieces and a generous spoonful of dressing. Toss to coat.
- Divide between bowls or meal prep containers.
- Finish with boiled egg, avocado slices and crunchy sourdough croutons.
