Chicken Italia Caesar Salad with Sourdough Croutons

Per Serving: 630kcal | 36g protein | 40g fat, of which 12g saturated fat | 28g carbs, of which 6g sugars | 6g fibre

Ingredients

Low-Cal Caesar Dressing

  • 1 cup 0% fat yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • β…“ cup grated parmesan
  • 2–3 anchovies
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method:

  1. Add all the dressing ingredients to a small blender, blitz until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. Fry the HECK Chicken Italia Chipolatas for around 10 minutes until cooked through and golden. Slice each sausage into quarters and set aside.
  3. Cut the sourdough into bite-size cubes. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, then toss well.
  4. Air fry at 200Β°C for 5–10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, sausage pieces and a generous spoonful of dressing. Toss to coat.
  6. Divide between bowls or meal prep containers.
  7. Finish with boiled egg, avocado slices and crunchy sourdough croutons.
