Butter Chicken Curry

HECK simply chicken mince

One large white onion, largely sliced

The Spice Tailor - Butter Chicken Paste 2 tbsp

2tsp mild curry powder

Whole tin coconut milk

Microwave rice


Mini garlic Naan breads

Salt to season

2tsp Garlic powder



  1. Once you have cut onions, pop some oil into a pan at medium heat and start frying off your onions.
  2. Add a 2 tsp of curry powder to onions and stir well.
  3. Add your mince and again stir well until curry powder combined.
  4. Now add you want to add your curry paste, then coconut milk.
  5. Stir and allow to simmer for 10/15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and garlic powder.
  7. Pop rice in microwave as instructed.
  8. Toast your Naan breads.
  9. Now dish up and enjoy!
