Serves 6–8
Ingredients
- 1 pack HECK 97% Sausages (10 pack)
- 4 tins baked beans
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 5 tomatoes, sliced
- 500g mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
- 1 bag hash brown bites
- 250g grated cheese
- 50g fresh chives, chopped, to garnish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and brown in a frying pan.
- Add the baked beans to a large ovenproof dish.
- Scatter over the sausage pieces and arrange the sliced tomatoes on top.
- Pour over the beaten eggs, then add the sautéed mushrooms.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese.
- Top with the hash brown bites.
- Bake for 30–45 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
- Finish with chopped chives and serve.
