HECK Naked Pork Sausage & Hummus Wrap

Easy to eat for packed lunch or picnics or if you are on the run!!
Makes 4 wraps
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 pack HECK Naked Pork Sausages

4 large flour wraps

150g – 200g Hummus, plain or spicy

50g – 60g Rocket leaves

 

Steps

  1. Cook the sausages under a medium preheated grill for 12 – 15 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.
  2. Spread each wrap with hummus, top with a handful of rocket leaves
  3. Cut each sausage in half vertically and place 3 sausage halves on top of the rocket. Roll up the wrap and cut crosswise into 3. Serve and enjoy.
