Food blogger Mandy Charlton originally created this delicious recipe for Sugar-Free February. It’s so good, that we think this recipe would be great for eating all year round! Mandy used HECK’s Naked Chicken Skinless Sausages, but this recipe would work just as well with our HECK Naked Pork skinless sausages too!
2 HECK Naked Chicken skinless sausages
1 crushed Weetabix
Blogger Mandy Charlton has created this delicious sugar free Fried Chicken Escalope using our Naked chicken skinless sausages.
Squash the HECK Naked chicken sausages together and reshape them into an escalope shape.
Coat the newly shaped escalope with spelt flour, dip it in beaten egg and cover with crushed Weetabix.
Place under a medium grill and grill until evenly cooked on both sides.
Serve with a side salad or sweet potato wedges
