Ruby’s Naked Chicken Meatzza is the best way to fix those take-away cravings!  Swap a doughy pizza base for a lean, low carb, protein filled chicken base. Trust me, this is one to try and it’s SO easy!

Ruby's HECK Naked Chicken Meatzza!

Serves 2
Preparation time 15 mins
Cooking time 20 mins


1 pack HECK Naked Chicken sausages

2 tbsp. tomato puree

1 ball mozzarella

Any toppings of your choice! We used pepperoni and fresh basil for this recipe.


This couldn’t be simpler, follow Ruby’s ‘how to’ and create your own masterpiece!

  • Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.

  • Take 3 Naked Chicken sausages from the pack and roll into a ball. Grab a rolling pin and roll out your ball into a circle (as circle as you can!).

  • Spread an even amount of tomato puree over your Chicken base

  • Slice up some mozzarella and evenly distribute it on top of the tomato

  • Add any other toppings, peperoni, jalapenos, ham, pineapple, spinach – what’s your flavour!?

  • Place in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees on a baking tray.

Serve with a side salad and top with some fresh basil!
