Ruby’s Naked Chicken Meatzza is the best way to fix those take-away cravings! Swap a doughy pizza base for a lean, low carb, protein filled chicken base. Trust me, this is one to try and it’s SO easy!
1 pack HECK Naked Chicken sausages
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1 ball mozzarella
Any toppings of your choice! We used pepperoni and fresh basil for this recipe.
This couldn’t be simpler, follow Ruby’s ‘how to’ and create your own masterpiece!
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
Take 3 Naked Chicken sausages from the pack and roll into a ball. Grab a rolling pin and roll out your ball into a circle (as circle as you can!).
Spread an even amount of tomato puree over your Chicken base
Slice up some mozzarella and evenly distribute it on top of the tomato
Add any other toppings, peperoni, jalapenos, ham, pineapple, spinach – what’s your flavour!?
Place in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees on a baking tray.
Serve with a side salad and top with some fresh basil!
