4 Heck 97% Sausages
1 Small Fine Diced Onion
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
400g cannellini Beans (Rinsed & Drained)
1 Handful of chopped Flat leaf Parsley
4 Slices Of Sour Dough
Course Black Pepper
1 Garlic Clove Halved

- In a frying pan cook the sausages for 10-12 mins on a mid heat, as they are cooking in a sauce pan a big splash of olive oil and cook the onions for 5-6mins then add the smoked paprika and cook for 1min add the passata and simmer for 5mins.
- Now slice the sausages into rings and place them into the sauce pan with the cannellini beans, sugar and salt & pepper to taste, simmer for 5 more mins.
- In this time toast the bread and then rub the garlic over each side after it has been toasted.
- Now stir in the parsley and spoon the bean and sausage sauce over the bread top with torn buffalo Mozzarella
