HECK's KFC Stop Gap recipe!

Preparation time 15 mins
Cooking time 10 mins


1 pack of HECK Naked Chicken sausages

An egg

Some breadcrumbs, maybe some herbs and spices

A little oil for shallow frying


To serve:

Dips of your choice such as tomato salsa, guacamole, pesto, garlic butter, sweet chilli…




Make your own KFC!

  • Shape them into nuggets/burgers/popcorn bites.

  • Roll them in beaten egg.

  • Coat them in breadcrumbs or your own batter. Add your favourite herbs and spices too.

  • We’d recommend you shallow fry your balls in a pan, but you can always pop them on a baking try and oven bake them if you’d prefer (180 degrees for 25 mins). Make sure they are brown and crispy on the outside, and cooked all the way through.

  • Serve with a dip of your choice!
