HECK Maple & Mustard Glazed Bangers

Serves 6 - 10


1 pack Heck 97% Sausages

Maple syrup 25ml

Honey 25ml

Wholegrain mustard 20g

Dijon mustard 20g

Small handful chopped parsley


Heat a large frying pan and begin to cook the sausages on low to medium heat for 10-12 minutes, making sure to keep them moving every so often.

As the sausages are cooking, mix all the other ingredients together to make the glaze. After 10-12 min place the glaze on top of the sausages, turn the heat up and cook until the glaze has gone sticky and coated all of the sausages.

Great on their own or as a Boxing Day butty!
