Breakfast made easy! This is a perfect Saturday morning treat, and what a way to kick off the weekend. Load up your muffin with as much as you like but make sure the centrepiece is a HECK Naked Pork patty.

Harry's HECK Naked Pork HcMuffin

1 pack of HECK Naked Pork sausages

1 breakfast muffin

1 egg

A little frying oil

Butter (enough to spread on your muffin)

A dollop of your favourite sauce!



Here, Harry tells us how he throws together his breakfast stack.

Tip: Each Naked Pork sausage will make a patty. So, if you want to make some and then pop them in the freezer you can do.  This is a good way to prep some food for the coming week!

  • Roll each sausage into a ball, and then flatten into a circular shape. You can do this using a rolling pin or the palm of your hand. It can get a bit messy, so make sure you’ve got clean hands and a clear surface to pop them on.

  • Once you have made all your patties, place them into a frying pan with a little bit of oil, and let them sizzle until brown on both sides (flip them after a couple of minutes).

  • Whilst they are cooking, grab your muffin, slice in half and pop it into the toaster. Butter and sauce your muffin to your tastes

  • In a separate frying pan, crack an egg and fry until cooked. This should take no more than 5 minutes. Pop this onto the base of your muffin, and once your patties have cooked you can place them on top.

  • If you are feeling extra hungry, use 2 muffins, 2 patties, 2 eggs and stack it as high as you like. Go on... it’s the weekend!

  • Serve with sauce and a large cuppa. Enjoy!
