From the Fridge Pizza

Ingredients

Pitta, Naan or English muffin

Tomato puree

Cheese, grated

Optional

Sausages, ham, pepperoni or any other cooked meats

Pesto

Egg, cracked

Tomatoes

Mushrooms

Spinach

Olives

Chilli

Fresh/Dried herbs

Sweetcorn

Pineapple

Caremalised onion marmalade

To serve

Chilli oil

Green leaves

Steps

  • Preheat the grill.
  • In a pan or baking tray, lay your base down.
  • Add the tomato puree and evenly spread over the base, leaving a little edge to make a crust.
  • Chop your cooked sausage, or any other meat up with a pair of scissors or a knife.
  • Add the grated cheese, leaving a hole in the middle.
  • Crack your egg into the space in the middle.
  • Add some dollops of pesto.
  • Evenly spread any other toppings and then pop under the grill for about 15 minutes. until cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the grill, slice up and enjoy!
