Chicken Italia Chipolatas, great for any time of day, a leaner take on an all time favorite. Plate up along side your favorite trimmings or set aside as a tasty snack.
• 1x 400g pack HECK Chicken Italia Chipolatas
• 14 – 16 rashers good quality streaky bacon
Separate the chipolatas and give each a pinch and twist in the middle, snipping where you make the twist to make them into cocktail size sausages.
Wrap half to one rasher of bacon around each chipolata, depending on how much bacon you like.
Place the chix in blankets on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5 for 25 minutes until the bacon is tinged with brown and the ends are going crispy.
Serve alongside a roast dinner or as tasty snacks or canapés.
This recipe uses Chicken Italia chipolatas, but works equally well with our other Chicken sausages! Spring, Simply, Naked, Smoky Paprika, Zesty or Spring. You could also try it with out Thai-Style Turkey chipolatas!
