There’s no need to eat our Naked Skinless Sausages as ‘just a sausage’.  They’re a versatile, mouldable, re-shapable ingredient that can be turned into all sorts of different tasty dishes.   HECK’s Becky decided to turn her Naked Chicken Sausages into the perfect topping for Nachos! 

Becky's HECK Naked Chicken Nachos

1 pack of HECK Naked Chicken sausages

A little frying oil

Tortilla chips

Grated cheese (as much as you’d like)

1 spring onion

1 red or green chilli (or both!)



Follow these easy steps to make your Naked Chicken Nachos.

  • Throw all your Naked Chicken sausages into a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Using a spatula, break up your sausages into a mince.

  • Once the mince is slightly brown, season your pan with salt, pepper and a sprinkle of Smokey Paprika.

  • Grab your tortillas and fill a bowl half full. Throw on a couple of handfuls of cheese and then pop some more tortillas on top. The more layers the better…

  • Your chicken mince should be nicely brown (and smell delicious), so spoon as much as you fancy on top of your tortillas, and then top with more cheese!

  • To season it, chop some spring onion and red chilli and scatter over the whole bowl. This should now look like a masterpiece!

  • Dive in and enjoy!
