Sometimes you need an easy dish that provides comfort and gives an instant hit on a cold day. This isn’t going to tick the box on your calorie counting, but everyone needs a treat occasionally! We just don’t recommend eating this one EVERY day.
6 HECK Pork & Wensleydale Chipolatas
2 large free range eggs
150ml double cream
Handful grated strong cheese
Cook the chipolata sausages according to the packet instructions.
In the meantime, grease the inside of 2 ovenproof ramekin dishes with soft butter. Crack an egg into each ramekin and then divide the cream and pour into each dish. Top with a really good grind of black pepper and grated cheese.
Pop into the oven to cook at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.
Serve up with the cooked chipolatas and some crusty bread to mop up all the creamy-cheesy-eggy-deliciousness!
