Vegan Toad in the Hole

Prep time: 10mins  - Cook time: 25mins - Serves: 12 Mini Yorkshire Puddings

 A Yorkshire classic transformed into a Vegan delight using our Beet goes On Cocktail Sausages, perfect for canapés or a snack!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 pack The Beet Goes On Frozen Cocktail Sausages
  • 225g self-raising Flour
  • ½ tsp baking Powder
  • 300ml Unsweetened soya milk
  • 100ml water

 Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, soya milk and water to a bowl and mix
  3. Add a drop of vegetable oil to each tin and place in oven for 20 minutes to warm up
  4. Add 2 tbsp of mixture and a cocktail sausage to each tin and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  5. Remove from the oven and serve up

 ENJOY!!
