A Yorkshire classic transformed into a Vegan delight using our Beet goes On Cocktail Sausages, perfect for canapés or a snack!
Ingredients
- 1 pack The Beet Goes On Frozen Cocktail Sausages
- 225g self-raising Flour
- ½ tsp baking Powder
- 300ml Unsweetened soya milk
- 100ml water
Method
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees
- Add the flour, baking powder, soya milk and water to a bowl and mix
- Add a drop of vegetable oil to each tin and place in oven for 20 minutes to warm up
- Add 2 tbsp of mixture and a cocktail sausage to each tin and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and serve up
