Spicy, tangy, and extremely tasty vegan burger!

 

Ingredients:

1 Vegan Italia Burger

Vegan Mayo

Buffalo Sauce

Vegan Burger Bun

Iceberg Lettuce

 

Method:

  • Add a splash of oil into a frying pan and warm over a medium/high heat.
  • Fry the burger off, ensuring cooked both sides & throughout.
  • Lay the burger bun base on a plate. Add some shredded lettuce, a generous dollop of vegan mayo and place the burger on top. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and complete with the top of the bread bun.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
