Vegan Breakfast Pancakes

 Set yourself up for the day with this creamy vegan breakfast/brunch of onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and of course our Heck Vegan breakfast Sausage all in an egg and dairy free pancake. Not only is this brilliant breakfast easy to make, but also a great kickstart to obtaining your 5-a-day!



  • 1 Pack Heck! Vegan Breakfast Sausages
  • Vegan Pancakes – We bought ready made ones, but you can make your own
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 200g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Soya Cream
  • Freshly Chopped Chives – to garnish


  1. Fry the Vegan Breakfast sausage on medium heat for 10 minutes and set them aside
  2. Slice and fry the mushrooms on medium heat for 3 minutes
  3. Next, dice and add the onions and cook until translucent
  4. Chop the tomatoes in half and add to the pan to cook for a couple minutes more
  5. Then, pour in the soya cream and gently cook until combined
  6. Lastly, add the fillings into the pancake, fold and drizzle with any remaining sauce and freshly chopped chives
