Ingredients
1 pack of HECK Pork, Oven Roasted Tomato & Olives Chipolatas
125g Asparagus Tips
100g Frozen Petit Pois Peas
3 Medium Eggs
300ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
150g Plain Flour
¼ tsp / pinch Salt
3tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Season
Peas to serve
Chicken Gravy to serve
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 200°C fan
- Start by placing the chipolatas into a large baking dish along with the oil. Cook for around 8-10 minutes
- Whilst the sausages cook, make the batter - Whisk the eggs, milk, flour & salt until smooth. Set aside to rest
- Snap the ends off the asparagus & add to the batter. Add in the peas before pouring over into the hot baking dish with the chipolatas. Cook for 30-35 minutes, until puffed and golden.
- Meanwhile make your gravy
- Remove from the oven and serve up with more fresh peas
