Sink your teeth into this smoky, satisfying panini - whatever time of day!
Ingredients:
2 Smoky Heck Dog sausages
½ tin of baked beans
1-2 handfuls of grated cheese, any kind
Panini baguette
Method:
- Heat a frying pan up with some oil, and fry the sausages for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked.
- Heat the baked beans up according to pack instructions
- Slice the panini bread if needed and place the sausages inside the baguette. Add the beans on top, and then the cheese. Place on a George Foreman or under the grill in the oven and cook until the cheese is sufficiently melted.
- Serve with a cup of tea if eating for breakfast, or a rocket salad with a balsamic drizzle at lunchtime.
