Yorkshire is known for its beautiful coastlines sourcing some of the best crab meat. Create a burger that with every mouthful will make you feel as though you’re at the seaside!
Ingredients
- 4 x Heck Simply chicken burgers
- 400g Crabmeat
- 35g Breadcrumbs
- 75g Mayonnaise
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 5g Chopped Chives
- 1 tbsp Yorkshire Henderson’s Relish
- 4 x Burger Buns
- 4 Pieces Lettuce
- Ketchup
- ½ Lemon (squeezed)
Steps
- Stir together the crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, chives and relish in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties
- Pan-fry on medium heat the crab patties for 10 minutes and the Simply Chicken burgers for 15 minutes
- Whilst the burgers cook, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and half a squeezed lemon to make the sauce
- Assemble the burgers with 1 piece of lettuce, the simply chicken burger, crab burger and top with the sauce
