Who said fillings had to be on the inside? Follow this recipe to create the ultimate brunch sarnie which is by far the most fantastic way to start your day! Whats more satisfying than watching the yellow yolk drip down into the cheese, simply chicken chipolatas, tomato and avocado mash!

Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Heck! Simply Chicken Chipolatas
- 2 Slices Crusty Bread
- 5g Butter
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Egg
Steps:
- Pan-fry the simply Chicken Chipolatas for 10 minutes on medium heat
- Whilst the chipolatas cook, use a circular cookie cutter or the top of a glass to cut a hole in one of the slices of bread
- Smash the avocado and slice the tomato
- Butter both sides of both slices of bread and add to a frying pan to cook for a few minutes each side on medium-low heat
- Crack the egg in to the hole in the slice of bread and cook according to how runny or hard you like the yolk
- Whilst the egg cooks, top the other slice of bread with the smashed avocado, followed by the sliced tomato, then the cooked chicken chipolatas and finally the sliced cheese. Cook until the cheese melts
- Place the slice with the egg on to the slice with the fillings to create a sandwich
