Cook Time: 20-25 mins - Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
- HECK Sausage Dippers
- White Tortilla Wraps
- 2 Salad Tomatoes
- 1 x Ripe Avocado
- Spinach Leaves
Method:
- In a large hot pan with a little olive oil add the HECK Sausage Dippers. Cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Keep turning them as they cook.
- Slice up the tomatoes. Mash up the avocado.
- Place the tortilla wrap onto a piece of tinfoil, spread over the mashed avocado, some spinach leaves and tomato slices. Add on the sausage dippers then wrap the tortilla and tinfoil up to make a burrito.
- If you can / have time, leave the burrito in the fridge for around 30 minutes before slicing in half and serving up. This will help to keep everything in place.
