This dish gives off all the cosy autumn vibes made with roasted pumpkin, red onions, bacon and our Heck 97% Pork Sausages!
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Heck 97% Pork Sausages
- 800g of Peeled Pumpkin
- 2 Red Onion
- 3 Slices Bacon
- 2 Tsp Caraway seeds
- 500ml Beef Stock
- 2 Tsp Crème Fraiche
Steps:
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Chop your pumpkin into moon shaped chunks and peel and chop the onion into wedges. Transfer them into an oven proof dish
- Add the bacon, sausages and caraway seeds then drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over the top and pop the dish in the oven for 20 minutes
- Pour in the beef stock and return to oven for another 20 minutes
- Plate up your roast and slowly mix a small amount of crème fraiche into the juices to make a sauce
