Succulent chicken burgers, in fresh ciabatta rolls with creamy avocado and crumbly feta - full of texture & flavour
Ingredients
- 1 pack Heck! Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Burgers
- 2 Fresh Ciabatta Rolls
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- Handful Fresh Rocket Leaves
- Sprinkle Feta Cheese
- 4 Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Method
- In a hot frying pan, cook your Heck! burgers in a little oil for 12-14mins and cooked all the way through.
- Whilst your burgers are cooking, prepare your toppings. In a bowl, smash up the avocado with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the ciabatta under the grill, keep an eye on them as they brown quickly.
- Load the base of the ciabatta bun with the mayonnaise, the smashed avocado, rocket leaves and sundried tomatoes.
