Red Pepper & Feta Chicken Ciabatta Burgers

 Succulent chicken burgers, in fresh ciabatta rolls with creamy avocado and crumbly feta - full of texture & flavour

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a hot frying pan, cook your Heck! burgers in a little oil for 12-14mins and cooked all the way through.
  2. Whilst your burgers are cooking, prepare your toppings. In a bowl, smash up the avocado with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly toast the ciabatta under the grill, keep an eye on them as they brown quickly.
  4. Load the base of the ciabatta bun with the mayonnaise, the smashed avocado, rocket leaves and sundried tomatoes.
