Set yourself up for the day with a filling breakfast bap that features our Paprika Chicken Chipolatas, Bacon and Eggs to give you a big energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Paprika Chicken Sausages
- 2 Fresh Bread Rolls
- 4 Bacon Rashers
- 2 Large Eggs
- 5g Spreadable Butter
Method
- In a large hot pan with a little oil, add the paprika sausages and cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through
- Whilst they cook, in a separate pan, add the bacon rashers and cook until nice and crispy! Remove from the pan and set aside
- In the same pan from the bacon, add a in a little oil or butter and fry 2 eggs - Sunny side up! (or however you like them)
- Cut the bap in half and butter the base, add your ketchup or fave sauce then top with the cooked paprika sausages, bacon rashers and the fried egg then add the top of the bap
- Dive in! (paper napkins advised)
