Sighing at what’s leftover from your Christmas feast? This quick recipe makes ingenious use of the ends of the Turkey and even the last shreds of cabbage.
- 80g Left over Heck! Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing
- 4 slices leftover turkey
- 2 thick slices white bread
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 15g butter, softened
- 50g Leftover Sprouts
- Butter one side of each bread slice. Put 2 slices, buttered-side up, on a work surface and top each one with the cranberry sauce, sprouts, turkey, Heck! Pork, Sage and Onion stuffing, and remaining Cranberry Sauce. Place the remaining slice of bread on top.
- You can add whatever leftovers you have, even potatoes, parsnips, red cabbage, pigs in blankets.
