Mac n Cheese Loaded Chicken Burger

Cheesy, filthy and extremely tasty! Carbs for the win! Try this mac n cheese loaded burger!


Ingredients:

2 Simply Chicken Burgers

1 cheese square

1 burger bun

1 pack of shop bought Mac n Cheese

BBQ sauce
Gherkins

 

Method:

  • Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers off for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they’re evenly cooked and golden brown in colour. Ensure they are cooked throughout before removing from the pan. Set aside.
  • Heat the mac and cheese in the microwave/oven as per packet instructions.
  • Lay out the base of the burger bun. Add a generous spoonful of BBQ sauce followed by all the gherkins your heart desires!
  • Now lay one of the burgers on top followed by the cheese slice then the other burger.
  • Spoon the mac n cheese over the burger before placing the burger bun on the top.
  • Serve up and enjoy!

Tips!

  • You can make your own Mac n Cheese if you prefer.
  • Any left-over pasta can be eaten later or tomorrow so don’t throw any away!
