Celebrate the 5th November with this spectacular Loaded Bonfire Night Nachos recipe. It's sure to make your taste buds go POP! FIZZ! & BANG! Make with our limited edition Guy Porks Bangers.
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Guy Porks Sausages
- 270g Tortilla Chips
- 100g Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 100g Grated Mozzarella
- 198g Canned Sweetcorn
- 1 Small Red Onion (Diced)
- 1 Small Red Chilli (Finely Chopped)
- 15g Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 180C
- In a large baking tray, place in the tortilla crisps and top with the grated cheeses. Place in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese has completely melted and nicely golden. Remove from oven
- Whilst the nachos cook, cook your sausages in a pan with a little oil
- Sprinkle on the sweetcorn, chopped onion, chilli and herbs
- Chop the sausages into chunks or tear up with your hands and add to the nachos
- Serve straight from the tray
