ITALIA CHICKEN NUGGET WRAP

Prep time 5 minutes - Cook time 20 minutes - Serves 1

A soft white wrap, filled with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, smothered in a lemon and parmesan mayo and topped with crispy Italia nuggets. The ultimate lunch recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Chicken Italia Nuggets

1 white wrap

2 tbsp mayonnaise

10g parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 lemon, juiced

Handful of shredded baby gem lettuce

3 vine tomatoes

1/2 avocado, sliced

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c/180°c fan. Place 3 posh nuggets onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together the mayo, parmesan and lemon juice until combined, spread this over the wrap.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes avocado and finally the cooked chicken nuggets. Sprinkle with extra parmesan if desired before wrapping up and serving.
